Bikram Yoga Plainfield
Bikram's Beginning Yoga class is designed for anyone and everyone who is looking to improve their physical health and mental well being. This 90-minute class is practiced in a heated room. The class begins with a breathing exercise followed by 26 postures and ends with a breathing exercise. You do not need to be “in shape” to begin. The Bikram series is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mental focus.
