Currently a variety of classes are offered daily on our roof deck, the setting offers a tranquil environment with beautiful views. The list of classes we offer is listed below with scheduled times based on availability of the instructor. But if you seek something else, please let us know. All the yoga classes include guided asana practice, pranayama, meditation, mantra and chanting. Private classes are especially suitable for timid beginners, expecting mothers, those suffering from injuries or students looking to intensify areas of their practice.
