Yoga One

Yoga One is a yoga studio based on a globally innovative concept, leading an evolution in the world of Yoga and Yoga Therapy. At Yoga One, an associate of Post Wellness by Design, every student receives a personal posture and spine-health evaluation with owner and yoga therapist Shy Sayar at no charge. We keep a chart on file for you, so that your teacher knows your individual goals and needs, and we strive to give you a customized yoga experience of the highest quality, even in group classes.
