Yoga Blue is a yoga studio in Pasadena, CA. Our schedule of yoga classes is as diverse as that of our students and teachers, as we're here to celebrate the uniqueness of you.
We strive to provide excellent service and a memorable experience by focusing on the individual. Our yoga studios in Pasadena are a safe haven and refuge from the outside world. We have a genuine compassion for each student's welfare and focus on being a consistent variable in an inconsistent world.
The name Yoga Blue is derived from the fifth chakra, which is the space that connects the mind and the heart. Known as a relaxing color, blue has a soothing effect on the central nervous system and thyroid.
At Yoga Blue, our classes range from Yoga Basics, Restorative, Yoga Therapy and Breathwork, Prenatal, Integral Yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga and Power Hatha Vinyasa with advanced inversions. We maintain a temperature between 75 to 90 degrees at our facilities, at the discretion of each teacher and class.
Yoga Blue focuses on balancing strength, awareness, peace, and health. This comforting atmosphere helps celebrate and honor inner strength through the practice of yoga, which helps restore the body and calm the mind.
