Om Prana Yoga & Consultants

I absolutely love Om Prana Yoga. I have been coming here for a while now and the owner/instructor is phenomenal on the mat and off. Everyone is so nice and I have never felt more welcome. The yoga has helped me with certain pains; physical and emotional, and I honestly just love the atmosphere. I definitely recommend it.

I love the prenatal class here! Both teachers I have practiced with truly made me feel comfortable and at peace. I have been irregularly practicing yoga for about five years now and I finally feel like I have found somewhere I can get more serious about my practice. The studio is comfortable, neat, and always smells awesome! I feel like I can really open up to what the teachers have to offer and I am reassured that I will get the individual attention and help that I need whether to help me adjust for a more proper alignment or adjust my mindset :) Om Prana is very quickly turning into my yogi home!
