Ashtanga Yoga Palo Alto

Ashtanga is a classical style of Hatha yoga which utilizes breath, movement, and posture as a means for meditation and personal growth. Our school offers traditional Self-Practice (Mysore Style), Counted Vinyasa (Led Style), and Technique classes. Beginners may join anytime.
Our instructors have years of experience working with a wide range of students from raw beginners to advanced levels. We cultivate a warm and friendly environment to help you develop a personal yoga practice. The school is directed by Adarsh Williams who is authorized to teach Ashtanga by his Guru Shri K Pattabhi Jois.
If you are completely new to yoga or Ashtanga, our Mysore program is a great way to start. The learning here will be progressive —the practice will be challenging, but not overwhelming.
