YOGA is an eclectic blend of traditional asanas, breathing, meditation, strengthening postures, all offered with humour and love. We offer: URBAN YOGA Beg/Int, HIV/AIDS Restorative, Eclectic Flow, Gentle, Beginning, Teens, Classic Restorative, FabAbs Pilates, Hatha 2-3, Reiki, Community Yoga, Beath and Motion, and Yoga Fusion. Open 7 days. UYC available for rental for workshops and seminars. Staff available for private and group instruction.
