Bikram Yoga Palm Desert
At Bikram Yoga Palm Desert we teach Bikram Choudhury's 90 minute 26 posture hot yoga series. The room is intentionally heated so be prepared to work hard and to sweat and to feel exhilirated and alive after continued practice. Bikram Yoga is a beginning yoga series appropriate for any age, and abiity level from beginning to advanced. Under 13 years old children can do 2nd part of class FREE with parent. Introductory offer for local residents who are new students...always $25 for your first week of classes.
