We are a relaxed and comfortable studio welcoming everyone, all abilities, ages, sizes, skill levels. We offer matwork and reformer work working together with you to help you achieve greater quality of life through more efficient and effortless movement throughout your day. The feeling you get while sitting out on the patio on a summer day, is the feeling and experience we try and offer here at Pilates Patio. We’re located in Westboro just west of the corner of Churchill and Richmond. We look forward to meeting you!
