Step in an oasis of calm and de-stress and enjoy the beauty of this naturally inspired space.The studio flooring is made of engineered bamboo and we utilize radiant heat to warm the space. The result is a small carbon footprint that gives you the feeling of a big, warm hug. We clean our studio and mats with environmentally friendly products which are biodegradable.Both female and male change rooms and showers are available.There is ample free parking at the Mews of Manotick Shopping Centre.
