The IM Pilates Studio is located in Stittsville, Ontario, in the west end of Ottawa—a short drive from Jackson Trails, Kanata, Carp, Almonte, and West Ridge. Our newly built facilities include loft-like high ceilings, exposed ducts, and an urban vibe that provide you with an intimate, serene, and relaxed environment conducive to mind-body practice.
