Himalayan Institute style hatha classes, Director and head instructor, Betsy Afton is HITA certified with almost 5000 hours of combined teacher instruction and actual class teaching; all other instructors are also HITA members certification in progress. Power yoga and Kundalini classes, plus prenatal and children's yoga offered, first class is always free. Facilities are warm and welcoming; only yoga studio between Buffalo NY and Warren PA, serving a five county, two state area.
