Yoga: Hatha blend of Iyengar and Vinyasa flow. Expect to move with your breath, and incorporate pose holds. Expect to find a slow warm up, work, balance, flexibility and relaxation poses. Ideal for all people, especially those who desire to increase strength, and flexibility. Come with comfortable clothes that you can move in, and if you have a yoga mat, bring it. Beginning Yoga: A 55 minutes class designed for those new to yoga, or those whose practice needs a gentler start. Modifications made for all body types Including injuries, prenatal, seniors and those who think they are inflexible! Mixed Level Yoga: A 70-90 minute class with many opportunities to work and challenge your body. If you love your yoga practice, but want to push it a little more, come join this class.
