Our team of yoga instructors are qualified to teach in various styles of yoga. The primary style of yoga taught within the studio is Hatha, which is the physical practice of using postures, breathing techniques, and cleansing methods. Classes are taught at various levels to cater to the individual's experience within their yoga practice. Our studio promotes guidance within the poses to ensure personal safety. We take pride in providing services for special needs, including prenatal, mommy and me, geriatric, rehabilitative, and meditation. We also offer health-related workshops, nutrition seminars, and support groups for emotional and spiritual well-being
