Welcome to Inner Balance, a membership based Mind Body Studio that offers private and group classes in Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Gyrokinesis®. Regardless of whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, you will find classes that support and challenge you. If your diet needs some tweaking, we have certified holistic health coaches on staff for private or group nutrition counseling. Join us for our monthly workshops and guest speakers on a variety of wellness topics.
Conveniently located on Biscayne Boulevard in the heart of North Miami, Inner Balance provides a calming respite from the hectic pace of modern life. As the name implies, our goal at Inner Balance is for you to leave each class feeling healthier, happier and better able to manage all of life's challenges. To accomodate your busy schedule, we are open 7 days a week and offer classes throughout the day.
