Virayoga
Ten years ago, in February 2002, Elena Brower opened Virayoga as a downtown refuge for New York City. We invite you to explore our offerings, whether you’re a native New Yorker or dropping in from out of town. As a student at Virayoga, you will experience a range of core traditions with some of New York’s most beloved teachers. Come practice Iyengar, vinyasa flow, Anusara, Kundalini, restoratives, meditation, anatomy; more to come. We welcome you to Virayoga.
