Ashtanga Yoga Of New Paltz
The Ashtanga Yoga Studio of New Paltz is located at 71 Main Street (just above Earthgoods). We offer led Ashtanga-Vinyasa classes as well as Basic level classes seven days a week.
Our aim is to create a clean and quiet space where practitioners of all levels can gain a better understanding of the original form of physical therapy (Hatha Yoga), while also learning about the
eight-limbed path (Ashtanga Yoga), that Patanjali delineated in his Yoga Sutras thousands of years ago.
