Mind-Body Connection is located in New Milford CT at The Bleachery which is located at the end of West Street overlooking the Housatonic River. We are a Pilates Studio offering Private and Semi Private Sessions. We also offer a variety of Group Classes designed to develop your entire body to the peak of fitness.
