Studio group classes, private practice and yoga therapy sessions are availalbe at the studio. We offer corporate classes at your work place, charity events and special events as well.
If you are thinking of taking your practice to the next level as a yoga teacher we offer one of the country’s most established and complete teacher training programs including 200, 500, children & Teens, and Yoga Therapy certification. All recognized by the Yoga Alliance.
