A Hopeful Balance’s mission is to teach fun, safe and challenging classes for all ages and fitness levels. From free classes to packages rates available. We offers various types of yoga practices that are gentle, flowing, difficult, hot, meditative & fun. A Hopeful Balance is more than just Yoga. We also offer Pilates, PIYO & Spinning.
A Hopeful Balance is a balance of yoga and pilates, with the main focus being on posture and breath, thus enabling students to take their focus off the daily grind to unwind, relaxes, and have fun. In order for our mind to slow down, we need to slow down. So there is great focus on controlled and purposeful movement of the body.
