Founded in 2005 by Senior Baptiste Teacher Mark White, MBody Yoga is North and Central Florida’s only Baptiste Power Yoga Affiliate Studio. With three locations — one in the Southside area of Jacksonville; one in the San Marco area of Jacksonville; and the other in nearby Neptune Beach; MBody Yoga opens up the practice to anyone looking for a challenge.
Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will find a place for your mat at MBody. Our teachers are dedicated to see each student grow and to facilitate a healthy environment for all to flourish.
