PARKING: Park in the 4-story, security-monitored garage located in the back of the building (turn off Elliston onto Louise). Enter from the main rear entrance, take the stairs on the left up one flight. HOURS OF OPERATION & FACILITY Doors open 30 minutes before scheduled class times. First timers must arrive a minimum of 20 minutes early and we lock our doors 3 minutes prior to class start times for the benefit of all. We have complete shower and changing facilities for men and women. Our retail area is open 30 min. prior to, and 5-30 min. following class times. We carry mats (for rent or sale), accessories and yoga apparel for men and women, and have relationships with online yoga suppliers available through our e-store.
