Yoga Redefined

We keep our class size is smaller allowing for more personalized instruction. Our variety of classes will ensure that you will find the type of class you are looking for, whatever your level of ability. All poses in all classes are taught in a progression so the beginner will feel just as comfortable as an intermediate Yogi in the same class. You are encouraged to listen to your body and your limitations. The studio is a non-competitive atmosphere. Classes are relaxed and inviting, we have even been known to crack an occasional joke :) So come join in, bring a water bottle and wear something comfortable. You are sure to fit right in.
