Abhyaasa Yoga Studio

Guided by the Sutras of Patanjali and early Vedic teachings, our classes accentuate the meditative and empowering nature of yoga by teaching practices that build internal heat; synchronize movement and breath; harness energetic polarities to generate strength and flexibility; and facilitate movement through our lives with grace, awareness, peace and compassion.
The Abhyaasa studio offers a gathering place to share insights and deepen personal practice-- a safe and supportive community for all ages, abilities and levels of experience.
Through abhyaasa, dedicated practice, we find stillness, one-pointedness and centeredness throughout our lives to free the consciousness from limitations.
