The whitespace yoga & wellbeing studio is a hidden gem tucked away in one of the beautiful, character buildings in St Paul's Court. Set in a quiet courtyard just off the High St in Stony Stratford - 2 mins walk from town centre and a 5 min drive from Milton Keynes city centre. Nearest entrance is the Old Stratford end of town. As soon as you walk through the front door, the light pretty studio with its huge windows and beautiful décor has an immediate calming influence on the mind and provides the perfect environment to practice yoga in.
