Our yoga studio is located in Middleton, Wisconsin , focusing on ashtanga vinyasa yoga. We are committed to helping students develop physically, emotionally and spiritually through yoga practice. Our philosophy centers around connecting with your inner teacher and finding modifications within the practice to help develop your own personal practice.
