Poised

The Poised studio design was created to give our clients a sense of relaxation while at the same time a feeling of renewed energy. Each area is naturally illuminated with skylights, allowing the feeling of openness. Our state of the art Balanced BodyPilates equipment is throughout the private pilates area and in the small group training room. Our separate strength training room is equipped with Cybex’s Professional equipment, Tribar free weights and a variety of core training apparatus. We are conveniently located on the El Camino, one traffic signal north of Stanford Shopping Center. Parking is directly behind out building.
