Mira is recognized as an Experienced Yoga Instructor with The Yoga Alliance. She is a certified Integral Yoga Instructor and has received her certification in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga as well. Mira recently earned a Reiki Level 1 Certification.
Mira's teaching style is traditional, yet fun! Her energy for embracing life and respect for our Earth developed into a passion for Yoga. Yoga has added harmony, balance and joy to her life just as it will for yours!
A life long student, Mira received her Massage Therapy certification from The Gloucester County School of Massage.and is licensed to practice in New Jersey & Pennsylvania.
When not at Maple Shade Wellness Mira enjoys an active lifestyle playing golf, mountain bike riding, regular workouts at the gym, skiing, and soccer to name a few. Also active civically, Mira serves as Co-Executive Director of Main Street Maple Shade and is a Board Member of the Maple Shade Business Association.
