PJ O'Clair's clubXcel & Northeast Pilates Education Center is located in one of the North Shores most beautiful seaside towns, Manchester by-the-Sea. You can hop on a train at North Station in Boston and be at our facility in less than an hour. to drive head north on RTE 128, School Street exit, we are 3 minutes off the exit on School Street.
