On Core Studio

At ON CORE Studio, we promote optimal health, wellbeing, and balance of body, mind, and spirit through individualized movement education and comprehensive wellness services. To best serve you, we offer world-class training in Pilates, GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS methodologies and yoga. We welcome you to our fully equipped studio for a private or duet appointment with one of our certified trainers or join us for a group Pilates Reformer, Yoga or Pilates mat class. ON CORE Studio is proud to offer destination style workshops and teacher trainings—allowing students an opportunity to learn and play on Maui’s North Shore with plenty of time to enjoy a swim in the ocean or a leisurely walk on our beautiful beaches.
