Body & Brain Center

At Madison Yoga & Tai Chi, we practice holistic health and healing through yoga and tai chi. We believe the body and mind together must be in balance to achieve health and inner peace. "Yoga" is a Sanskrit word that means "union" or "joining" and we use the gentle movements of Tai Chi and the deep breathing of Yoga to achieve this union. A staple of the Madison community since 2005, we are deeply committed to serving the greater Madison community. Please come to visit and join us for a class!
