The Life Centre Islington opened on 29 January 2011 and is London's newest premier yoga destination. Conveniently situated in Britannia Row close to the vibrant urban hubs of Upper Street and Essex Road, our new North London centre has two light and spacious studios to cater to all the needs of the diverse tapestry of yoga devotees who live and work in the area.
