Joanna Goble Yoga

I run two weekly classes at St Mary's Church, Putney on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm, and Saturday mornings at 9am. Both classes are Vinyasa flow style classes with the Tuesdays class being more restorative based with some Yin style elements and deep relaxation by candle light.
