We are the only centre in the UK completely dedicated to teaching yoga to pregnant and postnatal women and we are also renowned as a centre of excellence for training. The team of teachers who work at the Centre are experienced specialists in this field and are also experts in all aspects of pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond.
