Cny Yoga Center
The center conducts yoga classes that include beginning, intermediate and advanced levels. Sessions are held in 6 - week intervals. See the class schedule for days and times.
Classes are taught by highly trained, certified yoga teachers, Classes consists of elements Hatha Yoga and include meditation and relaxation techniques, warm ups, physical postures(asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama).
Students take our classes for back pain, stress reduction, to increase flexibility and strength, for weight loss, as well a to foster a deeper connection to Spirit. All of these things are benefits of yoga. You may take what you like from practice.
