Barefoot Works Yoga

At Barefoot Works you'll find that our classes are uplifting and our teachers are inspiring. We know there's a time to be serious in yoga, but we also believe in unleashing our inner child and moving in a state of joy. Let's face it. In a world where it's easy to take ourselves too seriously, the best thing we could possibly do is laugh at ourselves. Please don't confuse our joyful classes with lack of knowledge, however. Our teachers are Yoga Alliance certified and highly trained in the art and science of yoga. We blend our years of experience with our love of yoga to provide students a fun-filled practice they want to return to again and again.
