Pilates Mind And Body is located on the corner of Jackson and La Mesa Blvd., in the same mall as Baskin Robbins. Our studio is fully equipped with classical pilates apparatus. Originally designed by Joseph Pilates, this equipment provides the finest and most effective environment for performing classical pilates exercises and getting the most out of the program. Private restroom, towels, water, and mats are provided. Free parking is available in the lot and on the street.
