Poise Pilates, Llc

Our two studios are located in THE HISTORICAL KOLOA PLANTATION BUILDING, 3417 Poipu Road Ste 105 & 107 - Studio #107 is where we hold our Private sessions and Studio #105 is where we hold all of our group classes. Studio #107 can be found through the main hallway entrance opposite the Koloa Federal Credit Union entrance, down the hall and on the right just before the end of the hallway. Studio 105 is located around the exterior of the right side of the building just behind the Koloa Federal Credit Union, up the short staircase onto the porch on the left. Parking is in the front concrete parking lot.
