Peace Of Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice that brings inner peace through meditation, asana, pranayama and mindful awareness.
Lucy is a certified yoga teacher with several years of experience, both practicing and teaching. Opening Peace of Yoga is a realization of a desire to share with others the tranquility she is creating in her life through yoga.
Lori is also a certified teacher with several years experience. Students are encouraged to come to class without preconceived notions or expectations. This is a time for each student to focus on their true self. "Self" being mind, body and spirit.
At Peace of Yoga, your practice is as individual as you are. Lucy and Lori keep their class sizes small in order to give personalized attention to each individual, helping you find your own yoga practice. Yoga is a process...what we learn on the mat we begin to instill into our everyday lives off the mat. You don't have to be flexible to begin yoga. With yoga comes flexibility. Peace of Yoga offers several classes designed to meet individual needs and at the same time, create a sense of belonging to the universe.
