Located in beautiful Kailua-Kona on the Healing Island of Hawaii (also known as the Big Island). Our studio is an oasis of calm and tranquility where you can focus on You! We specialize in Pilates, GYROTONIC, Yoga, Belly Dance, and GYROKINESIS (Yoga in Motion) as well as Therapeutic Massage. Our studio owners/certified trainers are also Licensed Massage Therapists, bringing a deeper understanding of the body (along with injuries, rehab, and appropriate pose choice) to each session.
