At Hot Yoga By The Sea, located in Kailua on the island of Oahu, we combine our love of yoga with a heated yoga room. The combination offers a unique and pleasing setting to practice. With a variety of classes offered; there is something for everyone. We encourage each student to work towards their personal goals with regards to their yoga practice as everyone is at a different place mentally and physically.
