One World Yoga Studio

One World Yoga Studio serves women of Jamesburg and Monroe Township, New Jersey, and the surrounding communities. The studio is small and tranquil; the classes active but peaceful. We have an outdoor deck for times when the weather allows outside classes. When you visit One World Yoga Studio, you will feel the positive energy that radiates from our students, all women, most over 40, who know what it means to deeply rest and take care of their spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being. It will be clear that this is the place where you can relax, restore, and take that needed deep breath, while you transform your body and mind in the midst of the wisdom and laughter of the sacred feminine.
Note: Our new studio is now open. It is very similar to the one we left except we have resident cats. We are sorry but if you are highly allergic, it is best not to come. See schedule on next page for classes and location.
