Clarkston Hot Yoga

Susan Stencil-Owner/Director/Yoga Instructor - At 50, most people begin to think about what they will do when they retire. I laugh when I think it only took me 50+ years to decide “what I want to be when I grow up”! In 2007 I was introduced to hot yoga; after my first class, I knew my future was born. I had finally found what I had been searching for my entire life. This yoga is healing, peaceful, rewarding and life-changing. I can now see myself doing something that will help others achieve radiant health, while at the same time operate a successful business. I became a certified Bikram Yoga Teacher in the fall of 2009, and also received additional certification to teach the style of yoga you will experience at Clarkston Hot Yoga. Building my very own studio is a dream that I am watching unfold with much amazement and gratitude. I love living in Clarkston - such a great community!! I am now very excited to share this dream with each of you. I am looking forward to getting to know each of you, and to watch how this amazing practice of yoga and pilates brings you health, peace and life-changing results.
