Balance is a special Yoga Studio, and it is with great pride that we, (our entire staff) can share the many tools of yoga to enhance and enrich each one of us, both individually, as well as collectively. Balance is also a Wellness Center, providing a multitude of holistic services to support and encourage optimum health and wellness to all people. Our mission is to continue to serve and provide you with a variety of services, workshops and continuing education to further explore this bountiful quest of self discovery. Offering massage therapy, ayurveda, acupuncture, reiki energy work, yoga therapy, vedic chanting, wholistic nutritional counseling and yoga philosophy study.
