I teach Supple Strength which is a Yoga and Pilates inspired fitness class. The class has been designed to improve your health related fitness with strength training, toning, posture correction and stretching. This class will help relax the mind and invigorate the body to take on the stress of our busy lives.

The classes cost £5 and are pay as you go (without pre booking, monthly subscriptions or block bookings). Just come along or call for advice first. Please bring your own yoga mat, if you do not have one I hire mats out for £1.

I qualified as an Exercise to Music Instructor in 1988 and have been working in the Fitness Industry ever since. I am a registered Fitness Professional with REPs UK (The Register of Exercise Professionals).

    Pauline wards lessons are amazing! They are do-able lessons which leaves you feeling refreshed and vitalised! Highly recommend!
