Yoga One
Yoga One is a community-oriented studio with a variety of classes for students of all levels, from brand new beginners to experienced practitioners. Our highly skilled staff members are warm and welcoming, making sure every student is comfortable and safe. The teachers assess the level of studentship in each class and tailor the practice to the group , ensuring a nurturing environment and a successful experience for all.
We offer several types of hatha yoga including Vinyasa, Yin, and Prenatal. We also have Kids Yoga for children ages 5-11. Yoga One opened its doors in August 2005 and is proud to serve the Hollywood community.
