The Gurus Gate

At the Gurus Gate we use Kundalini Yoga to train the mind as well as body, helping not only the spine to become more flexible but also our attitude to life, balancing the endoctrine system that controls our hormone production, and helping us cope with stresses and challenges of each day more calmly.
