Yoga Temple

We are conveniently located in Courtice Ontario on the south/east side of Hwy #2 and Townline across from the FRESH CO plaza. We are close to all amenities, bus routes and shopping. We welcome all new comers and new to yoga people , not to fear we have classes to suite beginners up to more advanced people who are looking for a challenging experience. Our lounge area creates a space where you can hang out before and after class, address any questions or concerns you may have with your instructor, have a read on yoga philosophy, look at our retail items or perhaps a soothing tea before heading back to the chatter of your day or life.
