Located in Hanover , PA, Life In Balance Yoga offers a calming environment in order to allow students to appreciate the many benefits of yoga including increasing flexibility, allowing joints to move more freely, helping to combat disease, toning muscles and giving students an overall sense of personal awareness. We provide the space to connect your mind, body and spirit.
We offer a flexible schedule that includes classes for beginners , those looking for a therapeutic experience and those that are ready to move at a faster pace.
