Awaking Lotus

Welcome to Awaking Lotus. We are conveniently located within the Country Suntanz salon, in Hammond, LA, which has a dedicated yoga studio, with ample parking. We welcome all levels of yoga students. We specialize in Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa is a series of yoga poses linked together by the movement of the breath. The use of the breath helps relax your mind and release any tension held within your body. We're looking forward to sharing the wonderful benefits of yoga with you.
